True Thinline Series Won The Red Dot Design Award
RADO’s ‘True Thinline’ series of watches won the 2012 Reddot Red Dot Design Award and will be exhibited at the Red Dot Design Museum in Germany and Singapore.
(Linno, Switzerland, July 2012)-After several days of awards, RADO has won praise from 30 judges and won the award. Its Swiss radar ‘True Thinline’ series watch, which is made of high-tech ceramics, won the ‘honorary award’ by virtue of the perfect combination of innovative product solutions and design.
Collision between precision and design
Rado’s ‘True Thinline’ series watches are slender and pure lines, which contain advanced technology and technology. Swiss Radar’s breakthrough in innovative watchmaking technology has finally made the desire to create ultra-thin high-tech ceramic watches with a movement only 1 mm thick. High-tech ceramics perfectly combine the slender and elegant appearance with the two distinct characteristics of 1250 Vickers hardness. The Swiss radar ‘True Thinline’ series watches set a new standard in lightness and comfort standards: its weight is only 35 grams, and its thickness is only 4.9 mm.
Red Dot Design Awards The Red Dot Design Awards, created in the 1950s, are divided into three award areas: product design, communication design and conceptual design.
